Ken was educated in Cambridge and joined RSRE in 1987, where he worked in an international team on an airborne collision avoidance system that is now carried on nearly all passenger aircraft.
He has been a Malvern Hills Councillor for eight years and a Worcester City Councillor for four years. He has three children and three grandchildren, and married Sue when he moved to Worcester in 2005.
